Rain for much of the week made work impossible – Wednesday and Thursday were among the heaviest days of rain seen here. However the crew braved the elements, both rain at the start of the week and then severe cold on Friday, to make good progress on preparing for the top slab. The shuttering, and then pouring, for the balcony columns and the lintels were all done. This continued on Saturday (16th) and Sunday (17th), with the inter-floor beams going up, and the inter-floor bricks, while work continued on preparing the rebar rings around the floor.
